Hello! My name is Taylor, I'm 19 years old, and I can't wait to get fit! I created this blog so I will have inspiration to go run a mile or do some crunches to achieve my goal. :)

At one time, I though weight was the most important goal for getting thin, but now I realize that if I am at 110 lbs and can't even run a mile, then I have failed myself. I don't care if I'm 140 and can do more push-ups than anyone else. This is my new goal.

Exercise 5 or 6 days of the week, drink 2 liters of water a day, eat my veggies and fruits, and kick some ass!! whoo!!! :D
